It's a life force energy, so its created by every living thing. It is compacted into your energy system.

Instead of actually drinking blood I have heard that a sang can imagine the blood flow of their donor and take energy that. The sang would put their hand on the donor’s neck or wherever is comfortable and then take the energy through the hand. What do you think?
